Year-End Planning Tips

Year-End Planning Tips

The Holiday Season is a time when many of us pile unrealistic and often unhealthy expectations upon ourselves. If we perceive the year end as hectic, guess what… we get to be right because that is what we are holding in mind.

When we are feeling pressured by time, we are focusing on what’s wrong instead of enjoying all that we’ve accomplished throughout the year. We may also be focusing on the to-do lists, instead of enjoying the present moment.

By focusing on time being limited, we are adding unnecessary stress to our daily lives. Instead of focusing on our having plenty of time, and that we also have enough resources available to us to allow everything to get done, (which are certainly more positive outcomes) … we focus on lack.

The Law of Cause and Effect simply states, “What we’re holding in mind is what we are creating!” Lack, or its opposite which is having or plentitude, are both decisions. We can choose to see the glass as half full or half empty. Discriminating about what we’re holding in mind (then making a conscious decision on the outcome) puts us in charge, instead of being reactive.

As we project running out of time (money, health, love …) we are focusing on what we don’t want to happen. Without realizing what we are doing, we are causing ourselves to panic – and energetically attracting even more fearful situations.

If we are focused on fear or other negative outcomes, we have unconsciously sabotaged ourselves to fail or fall short. We are operating on an automatic or conditioned response to failing.

When we stop doing for one moment, and release, we can gently and safely begin to change our focus and begin to experience positive results.

Year-end planning is an annual occurrence. Obviously, we don’t plan to be frustrated, unsuccessful and miserable – but it happens year in and year out.

But when we use releasing consistently, we see that suffering is optional.

Re-directing our mind to focus on having everything work out peacefully and positively gives us confidence that we are always in control of our lives.

It takes a commitment to ourselves to make releasing constant — because the mind is constantly thinking. And what it’s mostly thinking, either consciously or unconsciously, is the worst possible outcome. Then, we wonder why we can’t manifest our goals and intentions.

So, if we want to create real, lasting change in our lives and achieve the goals we would like to experience in our lives … we will never be successful until we examine and change our thinking.

Lester said, “Determine the goal of your life, then take the shortest road to it.”

We can (and should) plan for success in 2025, and beyond … and the most natural and direct route is to make our releasing constant with the support of a live course, like the upcoming 7-Day Ultimate Year-End Virtual Retreat (December 26th – January 1st) and 30-Day Financial Freedom & Life Mastery Telecourse (January 9th – February 9th).

There’s truly no reason that we cannot plan to experience a wonderful, abundant life by releasing. And it can start immediately – the moment we decide to stop waiting and start proving we can have it, it’s done.
