“I woke up around 3:30 AM which usually means I can’t get back to sleep — Released, still awake — Then started saying “I love you” to whatever It was. Maybe said it about 3 times and the next thing I knew, I was waking up and it was time to get up.
I was very settled in meditation this morning, more so than I have been in months. I kept saying “I love you” to scary symptoms. Kept saying “I love you” to other meditators I disapprove of.
I got through something big with my partner — got to the other side. Yay!
I realized I could just keep releasing It. Seems like there’s always an ‘It’ — especially disapproval, to release!”
