We may not want to think about it yet, but the end of the year is speeding toward us.
Notice if just thinking about it brings up some clutching. This is a time when many of us put unrealistic (and unhealthy) expectations upon ourselves.
If we’re already expecting this time of year as busy, hectic, stressful … well, we get to be right. Because that’s what we’re holding in mind. When we are feeling pressured by time for example, we’re holding a picture that we lack it.
If we feel stressed by all the “gottas” coming up, we’re resisting but resigning ourselves to do it anyway, which all but guarantees that it will feel hard and take longer than it has to.
If we’re dreading seeing certain family members, worring over what we will eat or drink, anxious about the money we’re going to spend …
We’ve already set ourselves up for a miserable end of year experience: In fact, we’re planning it.
Why do we do this to ourselves year in and year out when it’s totally unnecessary?
Because it’s running unconsciously.
The truth is, we could just as easily be planning for success, harmony, abundance in our lives.
But permanent change is only possible if we examine and correct our thinking.
We could put if off until later. Wait until our back is against the wall and there seems to be no way out: When we’re seated next to the person who bothers us at dinner, when we get a diagnosis from the doctor, lose our job or get audited by the IRS …
Or we can have the courage to start now.
We have more than enough time to clean up our consciousness and enjoy the most peaceful, prosperous year of our lives. Yes, it is possible!
But it won’t happen on its own. We have to plan for it – and then take action.
Sign up for one of the last courses of year like the Unlocking Abundance Course (November 8th – 17th) or Ultimate Year End Virtual Retreat (December 26th – January 1st).
Because if we were able to change our lives by ourselves, we’d have done it by now.
When we have the guidance of a team of teachers and support from a community of fellow releasers, we can quickly and easily zero-in on and eliminate (forever) the unconscious programs we can’t see on our own.
We always have a choice. We can be reactive, — scrambling around franticly trying to “fix” problem after problem …
Or, we can end this year being pro-active – effortlessly creating what we actually want in life …
Which way of life would we rather plan on?
Love,
The Release Technique Team
